How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals and what's going on. Many people notice improvements within a few sessions, and we'll give you a realistic timeline during your evaluation.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a 'Hybrid Clinic' this means we do accept a few common insurances but we also offer cash-based services, and we can provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We would love to help you navigate this process and figure out what works best for you.

What should I bring to my first session?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and bring any relevant imaging or reports if you have them. We'll handle the rest.

Can I keep training while doing PT?

In most cases, yes. We'll help you modify or adjust your training so you can stay active while addressing what's limiting you.
