FAQs

Common questions about booking, payment, and what to expect when working with Trailhead Physical Therapy and Performance.

How do I schedule my first appointment?

Start by booking a free phone consult through our website or by calling (406) 219-8017. During this call, we'll discuss your goals and concerns, answer any questions, and schedule your first evaluation if it's a good fit.

Do you accept insurance?

We're a cash-based clinic and do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA cards.

Where are you located and is parking available?

We're located inside Livingston Peak Strength at 103 North N Street Unit B in Livingston, MT. Parking is available at the gym entrance on N Street, and you'll enter through the main gym doors.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Bring comfortable clothing you can move in, any relevant medical records or imaging if you have them, and a list of your current goals and concerns. We'll handle the rest during your evaluation.

How long are appointments and how many will I need?

Sessions are always 60 minutes long and always 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. The number of visits depends on your goals and progress, but we'll create a clear plan during your first appointment so you know what to expect.
