Built for Active Montanans Who Refuse to Slow Down
Trailhead Physical Therapy exists to help people stay strong, capable, and active in the work and recreation they care about.

Why Trailhead Physical Therapy Exists
Trailhead Physical Therapy was founded to serve the active community in Livingston and surrounding Montana towns. The clinic operates on a simple belief: people deserve clear, individualized care focused on not only achieving your goals but teaching you the tools for long term confidence in your body and movement.
We believe you deserve to be more than just another name on the schedule. Your story, goals, concerns, and history matter. Where you are, where you have been and where you are going is important. What worked for one person doesn't always work for another and understanding that helps us provide the best care.
After all, this is about you. We just want to meet you at the trailhead and help you reach your destination.
COLLABORATIVE, INDIVIDUALIZED, AND FITNESS DRIVEN CARE.
We know the best outcomes are reached through collaboration between the provider and you. That's why every plan is built from a detailed understanding of where you are today and working towards your goals through a philosophy of fitness, resilience and teamwork.
COLLBORATION
We believe your PT journey should be a collaborative process empowering you to feel confident in your body.
INDIVIDUALIZED CARE
Every session is 1-on-1 and based on exactly what is most important to you, whether that's achieving your next personal best or getting through a day without pain.
FITNESS-BASED PHILOSOPHY
Physical therapy should be about helping you achieve the fitness and resiliency necessary to achieve your goals.
Experience and Training
Trailhead PT & Performance is led by a physical therapist and Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS), grounding care in detailed movement assessment and the integration of functional training. Trailhead works closely with active adults and individuals returning from injury, emphasizing strength-based rehabilitation and performance-focused training to support long-term movement and resilience.

I’m a physical therapist with a background in orthopedic care who believes physical therapy is about more than treating injuries, it’s about helping people stay active, capable, and confident throughout their lives. I work with individuals recovering from injury or surgery, as well as those who want to maintain strength, movement quality, and long-term fitness.
Before becoming a physical therapist, I competed as a Division I swimmer, which shaped how I think about training, efficiency, and durability. Today, I stay active through time outdoors, training for triathlons and mountain races, and CrossFit-style workouts.
I also have advanced training in functional movement analysis and performance-based training, allowing me to look beyond symptoms and understand how movement patterns and strength affect both injury risk and performance. My goal is simple: help people move well, stay resilient, and keep doing the things they love for years to come.
