Everything you need to know about working with Trailhead

Do you take insurance?

We do accept most common insurances but also offer convenient cash-pay services. In addition to offering cash services, we are able to supply you with a superbill which you can use for possible reimbursement from your coverage provider. We are happy to help navigate payment options and answer any questions for you.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals and what's going on. Some people see significant improvements in 4-6 sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support. We'll give you a clear plan after your evaluation.

What should I expect in the first session?

Your first session is a full evaluation where we assess your movement, discuss your goals, and build a personalized plan. We'll also start treatment so you leave with a clear next step and some relief.

Can I train at Livingston Peak Strength during my sessions?

Yes. Being inside a functional gym gives us full access to equipment for movement-based rehab and performance work. It's one of the key benefits of working with Trailhead.

Do I need a referral or prescription?

No. Montana allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book directly without a doctor's referral. If you have questions about whether PT is right for you, start with a phone consult.
